Bridget Chaney Lennon, Certified Yoga Teacher and Certified Nutritionist, has been studying Yoga for 15 years.  She received her Yoga Instructor’s certification from YogaLife Institute in 2004.
 She specializes in assisting persons with their overall health and well-being by utilizing an individualized and integrated holistic approach consisting of physical fitness, nutrition, relaxation and personal growth.
Bridget especially enjoys working with individuals who benefit from therapeutic yoga applications, such as those with PreNatal, Cognitive/Neurological, Muscular/Skeletal or other specialized needs.
